And, this is how things start.

For many years I have been using the internet. I can’t actually remember the first time I got online at home. All I can tell you, is that it was a long time ago. A very long time ago. However, I do remember being introduced to the internet at my friends house. His name is Adam.

Adam was cool. Adam is still cool. I think he always will be.

When Adam showed me the internet at his house for the first time, I knew I had to get it. He introduced me to things like ICQ, Netscape Navigator and electronic mail. Within an instant, I was hooked. I knew that the internet was the thing I needed in my life. The buzzing and beeping that spewed from his modem was like a mating call. I wanted it. I needed it. It had to be mine. Adam, you glorious bastard, what have you done to me?

I arranged to get my first computer ASAP and before I knew it, I was online. I was using the internet. As the time flew by, my love for the internet grew. My addiction became a problem. I would stay online for endless hours. Looking at interesting websites, talking to strangers, and posting random shit on forums. Today, I am older. I am wiser (I think). And, today I start this blog. A blog about my favorite things from the internet. A blog that will hopefully be as interesting as the websites I love to visit. As interesting as the strangers I speak to online. And, (hopefully) more interesting than some of the other blogs that are similar to this one. 😳😳😳

Alright, so let’s get the ball rolling.

Paul McCartney, Beck — Find My Way (Official Video)

I cant stop watching this collab between Paul McCartney and Beck, Find My Way. Using deep-fake technology, young Paul dances through the hallway of a hotel singing this addictive song. And, when I say dance, I mean he is grooving. Grooving hard. Grooving so hard. Keep an eye out for a special appearance at around the 40 second mark.

I don’t think Nirvana wanted to be on the UK’s Top of the Pops

Kurt’s fake strumming, Dave’s drumming and changes to lyrics which include “Load up on drugs, kill your friends” make this one of the most iconic Nirvana moments of their era.

Mark Rober breaks another Guinness record

I admit it. I have a man crush on Mark Rober. Subscribe to his channel.

The Original [adult swim] Promos are rad.

I used to have the After Dark screensaver software on one of my first computers. This Flying Toasters website takes me back….

Cookie Monster Chase is Pac-Man, but with the Cookie Monster. And, he is eating cookies.

A long time ago, the internet was very easy to use. Now, it has become this. If you visit this website, make sure you play along. It is annoying as it is accurate.

Look! Designer toilets from France.

This dog is not impressed with you.

These surfboards are rad.

This bird feeder is expensive, but very cool.

I want this Beastie Boys door mat for my home.

The Heinz Ketchup jigsaw puzzle is all red, naturally.

Ummmm…. I think I am done. I hope you like this post and make sure you check back soon for the next exciting instalment of The Internet is Rad. Not sure when I will get around to it…..
